Here is a phone interview I recently did with Syed Khawar Shah – the father of baseball in Pakistan:

Here’s what I learned:

  • Baseball has been played in Pakistan since 1992
  • There are over 30,000 people playing baseball in Pakistan
  • Pakistan is the host of the West Asia Baseball Cup

Following Syed’s interview is the second part of my interview with Toma Irokawa – the manager of the Iranian National Baseball Team. Toma explains his expectations for Iran in the 2015 West Asia Baseball Cup.
