In July 2014, the Baseball United Foundation brought 14-year old Liam Shier over to America from County Meath, Ireland.

Liam spent one week in an immersive baseball experience – he played in games, practiced at camps, learned from clinics and he also found time to see a game in Yankee Stadium and visit MLB Network Studios.

Liam’s visit to America was part of the Baseball United Foundation’s Baseball Exchange initiative. To learn more about the foundation, visit the foundation’s website and don’t forget to make a small online donation. Every donation counts, no matter how small.
